Father Wedding Speech

I have to make a speech for a wedding (I am the best man) … It should be about 3 min. I have no idea WHAT TO SAY

Someone knows that any place you can see some examples … what say? And I know Im gonna get a lot of this "only say that from the heart" crap … haha … I know all that … I do not know what to say … Anyone have any idea what to say? How do I start and end? unfortunately I have not gone to many weddings (like me I'm younger) so I'm not really sure what is appropriate (although I am quite sure I know what is inappropriate haha) Any help is appreciated (except for that of his heart, or do not know what responses) Thanks! I do a fun … I want some, but I am very scared of having a crowd dead or dead silence …
