In about five weeks I am going to marry, and suddenly I realized that I have not even started thinking about my speech yet. We I have a master of ceremonies, so I'm not too much sweat, but I wanted some advice from people here! Off course it can be fun! I recommend it. It's a party after all. Start with a funny story about you two at a time that accidentally caught fire in the kitchen and ended up in McDonalds for a romantic dinner or something, follow up with a sincere comment about his new lovely wife. So, thanks to the guests for coming and thank anyone who helped make the wedding possible. Your speech should reflect your personality and since you seem a guy with a great sense of humor make it that way. While you stay away from politics, religion and sexual prowess, current or past you and the Bride you'll be fine. If any of you have been to jail or had an abortion I would go out too. I know these sound like no duh, but I regret to say that in reality had a boyfriend tell his girlfriend how lucky she was to have him since he used to be an easy start.

My brother and his long-time partner are getting married this weekend, hooray! The whole family has asked to bring a blessing for their wedding. Most of the traditional talk of "start your new life together" and so on.
